I have been working with Olympus Athletics, specifically with one of their coaches Josh Amaral, for about a year now and it has been awesome!
I have seen progress in squat, bench, and deadlift; both an increase in numbers and my form has bettered as well. A highlight I would like to make is the progress with my squat. In January, my squat was 435lbs and now, in November, my squat is 618lbs!!! (TEEN WORLD RECORD)
I honestly didn’t think I would hit those numbers in a long time, but with Olympus Athletics’ help, we got it done!!! Not only do they know what they are talking about, but they are very nice people as well!
